This event brings to together Uniting, The Bridgewater PCYC, Australian Red Cross, and the Link Youth Health Centre and is aimed at young people from 17-25 years old. Any interested community members are invited to participate.

Combining nutrition with mental health information, young people will have the opportunity to chill out with friends while making their own healthy lunch wraps.
