People with disability, AFI PWD ACT members and allies are invited to Finding home: housing 4 people with disabilities – an Anti Poverty Week Forum. This forum is being hosted with support from ACTCOSS will highlight housing accessibility and affordability issues for people with disability struggling to find and maintain suitable housing

People with lived experience and advocates will share their experiences of public, social and private rental in Canberra alongside the launch of AFI’s new white papers on housing and income support which spotlight affordability and accessibility challenges for people with disabilities. We will also hear from Government, industry and housing advocates about work underway to respond to these issues.
