Canberra Community Law will host a community legal education session on Homelessness Laws in the ACT for support and community workers in the ACT.

This FREE, interactive session will help you to identify:
– A number of legal issues frequently experienced by people experiencing homeless including:
– Public space offences;
– Replacing lost ID
– Voting with no fixed address;
– Fines
– Early access to superannunation
– The legal services that can assist if one of the people you are working with is dealing with these issues.

You will also receive free resources that discuss some of these general legal issues.
